Restaurants: Matsuhisa Beverly Hills, CA

During one of my recent trips to LA, I had the pleasure of dining at Matsuhisa with my parents and meeting Chef Nobu! I had previously eaten at Nobu in Las Vegas and had tried many of Chef Nobu’s signature dishes. My parents had never had the joy of trying Nobu’s black cod, tempura king crab, the crispy rice with spicy tuna, and a real stand-out to us the rice pudding dessert. Matsuhisa is Chef Nobu’s first restaurant and has been in La Cienega in Beverly Hills for over 25 years.
