Chili Lime Vinaigrette for the Perfect Taco Salad
Taco Salad is one of my favorite things to make. It was something my mom always made when I was growing up and I have a fabulous recipe for Chili Lime Vinaigrette that really takes it to the next level. Sweet, spicy, and acidic this dressing will have you liking the salad bowl (or platter, you know I love salad platters!)
I like to layer my taco salad with romaine hearts, black beans, great taco meat (I used Porter Road Beef vs. Bacon with my Taco Seasoning for unbelievable flavor!), shredded cheddar, cilantro, lots of crumbled tortilla chips, green onion, guacamole, and my favorite dressing.
This salad is killer and will please a crowd!
